Yes, that is right. The mommy gut and love handles have got to go! After spending a great weekend at Arches National Park and going on lots of long and fun hikes I thought that I should keep up the good work. I guess I will set a goal to lose 5 pounds by June and 10 pounds by August. Not only do I need to lose it, but I also want to try and tone up! my arms have actually gained some definition from holding Kenzie...23 lbs of pure joy...everywhere I go, so why not keep it going.
Day One: Ran 2.5 miles on flat road. Took me twenty minutes.Pounds Lost: 0
Day Two: Ran 3.3 miles on the road, took 30 minutes, came home and did p90X strengthening. Pounds lost:0
Day Three: Ran 3.75 miles on the road, took 35 minutes. Also did p90X ab ripperX and some arm weight exercises. Pounds Lost: 3. I really liked this article I found in Women's health Magazie. It is pretty much what I am doing right now any way, but there are some great core and strengthening things in this plan...also some great food ideas to keep calories low. Lose 10 lbs. (or More!) in 6 Weeks
Day four: 3.6 run
Wow!!! Good for you stac! I am sure you look amazing, and this will just help you feel amazing. I don't know if I am that ambitious. I am excited for you! Keep it up!
